General Volunteer Management System

Year over year, we have noticed that the Volunteer Management System (VMS) is a highly sought out project by all types of nonprofits. To better serve our community at scale, we are creating a readily configurable and easily maintainable general VMS for nonprofits in need of a low-cost solution.

Project overview

While the definition of a VMS is loose, one will typically provide a way to manage volunteer hours, shifts and events, forms and donations, and many other operationally intensive administration tasks including data aggregation and scheduled communications. In addition to providing these features, our general VMS aims to do so in a manner that allows any nonprofit to using it with minimal configuration required from us.
